Terms and conditions
- We will not accept any change or cancellation after order has been shipped out.
- For pre-order products, we will not refund if you decide to cancel your order after your order has been submitted to the company for production.
- Please promptly inform us if you are not able to make payment within our payment period otherwise your order will be automatically canceled.
- We use registered post as default shipping method for small items unless the customer asks for other shipping methods. Please contact us prior to your payment for other available shipping options. Registered post may takes 7 up to 30 business days or more to arrive depends on the location and other factors.
- We do not responsible nor refund for package lost or damage once the status shown that the package has left Thailand. However, we will try our best to help.
- We use EMS as default shipping method for full doll unless the customer asks for other shipping method.
- We can under declare your package value if asked but we will not responsible in case of package lost or damage.
- Exchange and refund are only available for defective product which doesn't included damage caused by shipment.
